these foods are responsible for causing chronic systemic inflammation in the body which is responsible for: pre-diabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, heart disease, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn’s disease, some forms of cancer, colitis, arthritis and Alzheimer’s.

What’s wild is how addictive all these foods are. It’s hard to break the cycle if you’ve been on it. But only good things will happen to your health once these foods are removed from your diet.
